Shipping

Shipping rates are as follows (in USD):

Anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico – shipping rates should be calculated based on where you are located at USPS rates.

Canada postage rates should calculated at USPS rates.

Order over $40.00 = free shipping

The checkout page will give you a dropdown menu when you enter an address, you should not have to select anything, the right choice should be made for you.

I make all efforts to ship as soon as possible. However, there are times when I don’t have one (or two) of the items you want in stock. In this case I order the restock items from the Langtons in the UK immediately.  They process and ship to me within 1-2 days. The wild card becomes the Royal Mail. Sometimes I receive that package within a week, sometimes 3. Once I get it, I ship to you ASAP.  I ship via USPS, and if you are in the US, you should receive your order within 2-3 days from there. International mail can be longer, of course.

It’s my practice to wait until I have your entire order before I ship! I do this more for efficiency than anything, it helps keep everything straight. If I do ship a partial order – usually after consulting with you – I do not charge shipping for the second part of the order.

Another question: what is the shipping address you are using? I’m getting orders from other folks, so I’m trying to figure out why it’s not letting you finish.

I keep trying to send my order. When I hit the Paypal button, I get the following error message- “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address or contact us, etc.” There is nothing on the form for selecting a shipping method. This is the same address is used the last two times I sent to you.
